The durability depends on the coating type—our entry-level lasts around 1 to 2 years, while our premium options range from 3 to 10 years of protection, depending on the coating selected and how the vehicle is maintained.

What’s the difference between a polish and a wax or ceramic coating?

Polishing corrects the paint by removing imperfections, while waxes and coatings protect the surface after it’s been corrected.

Is machine polishing safe for my car’s paint?

Yes—when done professionally, machine polishing is safe and effective at restoring gloss and clarity without damaging your paint

How long do I need to leave my vehicle with you?

This depends on the service: • Enhancement packages (e.g. single-stage polish + ceramic coating) usually require 1–2 days. • In-depth correction work for heavily swirled or scratched paint can take 2–4+ days depending on the condition and vehicle size. We’ll assess the car and give you a realistic timeframe before booking.

Do I still need to wash my car after it’s been coated?

Absolutely. A ceramic coating helps make maintenance easier, but regular safe washing is essential to keep the finish looking its best.

Can you remove all scratches from my car?

We can safely remove most swirl marks, oxidation, and lighter scratches. Deep scratches that go through the clear coat may be improved but often can’t be fully removed without respraying. We’ll inspect your vehicle and explain what’s realistic before starting.

What’s included in your enhancement package?

Our enhancement package includes thorough wash prep, full decontamination, a single-stage machine polish, application of a 1-year ceramic coating, a light interior refresh, and finishing touches for a sharp, protected finish.

Will a ceramic coating prevent stone chips or scratches?

No coating is bulletproof—ceramic coatings provide chemical resistance, UV protection, and make cleaning easier, but they don’t stop physical damage like chips or deep scratches. However, they can reduce light wash-induced marring over time.

Can I bring my car straight to you from the dealership?

Yes, and it’s actually a great time to protect your paint before it picks up swirls and damage. We offer new car protection packages that far exceed typical dealership “paint protection” products.
